Ann Speakes
Broker
Ann moved to Barnesville in 1990, and with her husband Jack, have owned a
building business since 1983.
Ann became a licensed Real Estate agent in 1993
and obtained her Broker license in 2006. She joined Spring Properties in
July of 2007 and became the Qualifying Broker setting a new direction
for the company. Her
experience ranges from managing her own sub-division from 1985 to 1989,
all aspects of building including drawing plans, designing homes,
pricing, and management of building operations, and a talented decorator
whose experience can be seen in several homes in the area.
With her knowledge of building and decorating
Ann can provide excellent advice to anyone seeking a new home or wishes
to market their existing home.
